Seattle Premium Decks is a structural carpentry practice in Greater Seattle. We focus on slope, shoreline, and Environmentally Critical Area (ECA) decks — the projects most builders avoid or build unpermitted.
What we do
- —Site assessment, feasibility, and constructability review on slope and ECA parcels in Greater Seattle
- —Helical pier and Diamond Pier foundation design with named geotechnical and structural engineering partners
- —Structural design to Washington’s 60-psf residential deck live-load requirement and 2021 IRC R507.10 continuous load path
- —Permit filing in the homeowner’s name with Seattle SDCI, King County DPER, City of Bellevue, or Pierce County, and shared tracking number from day one
- —Open-book quoting that itemizes Washington’s 10.35% construction sales tax, jurisdiction-specific permit fees, materials, and labor
Where we focus
We don’t take simple, flat-lot, sub-$50k deck resurfacing jobs. The work we’re built for is structural — engineered foundations, permit-heavy parcels, and material choices that need to last decades in PNW conditions.

Seattle Premium Decks is a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor in Washington State. Every project is pulled under permit in the homeowner’s name, with the jurisdiction’s tracking number shared on day one.
